Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item, whether digital product must meet the following criteria:
- Digital Products (Pre Recorded Video Training Programs):
- Due to the nature of digital products, we typically do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter technical issues or are unsatisfied with the content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a potential refund or resolution.
Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
